Peanuts and Peanut Butter Linked to Improved Memory and Stress Reduction, Says University of Barcelona Study

A groundbreaking study from the University of Barcelona has revealed that daily consumption of peanuts and peanut butter can lead to the production of compounds in the gut that significantly enhance memory and reduce stress responses, including anxiety and depression, among healthy young adults. The findings, originating from the ARISTOTLE study, were recently published online in the Journal of Functional Foods in September and were shared by The Peanut Institute.
